Welcome to Albatrip.com. Our company is present in the Albanian territory, and has selected hotels all over Albania to ensure guarantee, quality, and safety to those who choose to accommodate at these hotels.
Our service is free of charge and enables you to directly book one of the hotels you can choose from our website, where you will find descriptions and images of the hotels and services we offer.
You can easily check the availability and fees from the point you make a choice. Then you can book and immediately receive a confirmation email. Payment is made at the hotel.
You can also cancel your booking without having to pay any fines or penalties when cancelling is made within the deadline set by the hotel.
Click map-based search, then click on the city where you wish to accommodate.
Click quick search and enter the name of the city and district where you wish to accommodate by clicking where.
You have two options. After you have chosen structures in a certain city, you may check the availability for the days you wish to stay in each structure, or you may tick one single structure and check whether there is any rooms available.
Make sure you enter the date of your arrival and departure, as well as the exact number of persons and rooms.

The state of your booking is shown through the following:
|CONFIRMED: The hotel has confirmed your booking.|
|CANCELLED: Your booking has been cancelled.|
|NO-SHOW: Your booking is cancelled by Albatrip.com for your failure to show up.|
ALL BOOKINGS CAN BE CANCELLED. BE CAREFUL! EVERY HOTEL AANOUNCES IT’S DEADLINES FOR BOOKING CANCELLATION ON ITS WEB. If cancellation is made within this deadline, Albatrip.com will send you a copy of the email it sends to the hotel to cancel your booking. If canceling is not made within the deadline, you will have to pay the corresponding part of the foreseen price for the first day of your accommodation.
In order to cancel your booking, click my booking in the homepage, and a module will pop up in the right-hand side, where you should enter your email address and password. Here you may see the list of submitted accommodation requests. Click cancel booking to cancel your booking. You will be asked to confirm, and our system will cancel it upon your confirmation. In order to verify whether your cancelation is made effective, click my booking in the Albatrip.com webpage.
Be careful, you may not cancel your bookings by sending an email to the hotel directly or in any other ways except for the abovementioned.
If the cancellation is not made according to the above deadlines and procedures, Albatrip.com shall not be responsible for any fines charged to your credit card by the hotel.
Your booking can not be modified directly by the system. You will have to follow the cancellation procedure, and make a new booking.
Your credit card information is necessary to guarantee your booking, but your credit card shall not be charged for the booking.
Your information is safe with Albatrip.com. Albatrip.com shall under no circumstances disclose any of this information to the hotel.
Your credit card information shall remain with our information system in an encrypted manner: your credit card information shall be automatically deleted from our system within 24 hours from the termination of your accommodation.
In case you have to pay a fine, the payment procedure shall be carried out by Albatrip.com qualified personnel upon receipt of an invoice from the hotel.
- Scope of service
Through its website, Albatrip.com offers an online service which enables hotels to advertise information about their rooms and services. Booking through Albatrip, you will establish a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotel you book. Albatrip will send your booking details to the hotel, and a booking confirmation to you.
By offering our services, we publish the information provided by the hotels, as well as information updated or modified by the hotels under their full responsibility.
Every hotel is responsible towards its clients for the accuracy and clarity of the information published in the website of Albatrip. Albatrip shall not be responsible for any errors, misinformation, or failure to provide the published services at any stage during your booking or accommodation.
- Free of charge service
Our service is free of charge. You will not have to pay any costs for the services we offer. No additional costs shall be charged to the accommodation and services charged by the hotel.
The terms of payment and booked services are specified by the hotel. Clients are recommended to pay attention to these terms when they book their accommodation.
- Credit cards
Albatrip shall treat your credit card information with utmost confidentiality and the information will remain encrypted in our server.
Albatrip shall activate your credit card without disclosing any information to the hotel except in cases of fines you have to pay for no-show or for failure to meet the cancellation deadlines.
It is very important to carefully read the booking cancellation deadlines when booking.
In all other cases, Albatrip shall temporarily archive your credit card information in an encrypted manner, and delete it within 48 hours from the termination of your accommodation.
By booking a hotel, you agree to respect the cancellation rules, and any other rules that may apply during your booking and accommodation. The general rules of cancellation and non-show policy of each hotel are published in the respective sections of our website. Certain fees or special offers are not eligible to any cancellations or modifications. Before you book a hotel, we recommend that you read carefully the cancellation procedures and no-show policy.
When booking, you will receive an email which confirms all your booking details, including the payment and cancellation terms: such a confirmation shall be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking stage; another email shall be sent after your accommodation in the hotel inviting you to make your assessment of the hotel by filling in a questionnaire. The questionnaire shall be published on our website in order to inform our future clients about the level of services and quality of structure. The assessment questionnaire should be considered a simple survey, and it does not contain any commercial offer. We are not going to send you any other emails except for your booking confirmation and the invitation to fill in the assessment questionnaire.
Albatrip shall not be liable for any losses, or for any direct or indirect damages of any kind as a result of the contractual relationship established between you and the hotel.
Albatrip uses a certified electronic mail. In case of any loss of your data by the company, you may contact Albatrip CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Albatrip adopts high ethical standards and respects your privacy.

The above conditions and terms, our offers and services shall be construed according to the Albanian law, and any disputes shall be solved by Tirana Court.

- The information you provide shall be used only for purposes of booking through Albatrip.com. If you specify by ticking the respective box, this information shall also be used for sending you information of a commercial and informative nature.
- Providing information is obligatory. Without such information, booking shall be impossible.
- Setting data is mandatory, as in the absence of such reservation is not possible. Lack of deployment of data does not allow the contract of reservation. In any case you can choose not to receive messages or informative or commercial content (newsletter) by selecting or not the box on the registration form.
You can edit your selection at any other time after registration by inserting the relevant sections of the site reserves the clients.
- The data will be communicated only to persons on the booking contract (e.g. hotel of choice for accommodation) and newsletter sent by Albatrip.com.
There will be no distribution of such data outside the above cases.
